Alpha Science Editors: Payment

We welcome new enquiries from publishing houses or typesetters who require freelance copy editing or proofreading services. For other clients who require document editing, language editing or language correction, upon submission of your files, preferably double spaced, we will provide a quotation dependent on the level of intervention which will be required. Price quotations are generally returned by email within one business day of receipt of your document and are free of charge with no further obligation.

All invoices are issued once work has been completed to the satisfaction of the client. Settlement is due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. At the moment, we accept payments in sterling or euros. Payments can be made electronically to our account on the basis that the client pays all costs. Overseas payments can also be made electronically through PayPal (www.paypal.com). Once you have a PayPal account, just enter our email address and the amount you wish to send. You can pay this with a credit card or checking account. If more convenient, payment can also be made through Western Union (www.westernunion.com).
