We welcome new enquiries from publishing houses or typesetters who require freelance copy-editing or proofreading services. For other clients who require website editing, document editing, language editing or language correction, upon submission of your files, we will provide a quotation dependent on the word count and on the level of intervention which would be required. Price quotations are generally returned by email within one business day of receipt of your document and are free of charge with no further obligation.
All invoices are issued once work has been completed to the satisfaction of the client. Settlement is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice. At the moment, we accept payments in pounds sterling or euro. Payments can be made electronically to our account on the basis that the client pays all costs. Overseas payments can also be made electronically through PayPal (www.paypal.com). Once you have a PayPal account, just enter our email address and the amount you wish to send. You can pay this with a credit card or checking account. If more convenient, payment can also be made through Western Union (www.westernunion.com).
